Jane Fidalgo was born in São Paulo, Brazil in 1947

She graduated from the University of Rio de Janeiro, School of Belas Arts in 1972

She has studied with professors Schwartz
and Gippetti at the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston

Jane has also been a student of the Brazilian artist
and professor Roberto Leal as well as the Israeli artist and professor Eli Shamir
